STEPHEN MAXWELL

Stephen was admitted as a solicitor in 1997 and joined the firm the same year. He became a partner in January 2001. Stephen has extensive experience in a wide range of areas particularly with commercial and residential property development and site acquisition, banking and finance, insolvency, Business sales and acquisitions, Planning and Licensing, matters, will drafting and administration of Estates.

 

STEPHEN JOHNSTON

Stephen was admitted as a solicitor in 1987 and having worked initially in Armagh joined the firm in 1998. Stephen specialises in personal injury claims, Road Traffic accidents, personal and corporate insolvency, injunctions, employment, Debt Collection, contract disputes, family and matrimonial law, licensing and criminal law.

 

DAVID HARRISON

David was admitted as a solicitor in 1987 and following a number of years working in Dungannon joined the firm in 1999. David is an occasional tutor at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at QUB and has lectured for the Alzheimer’s Society and for the Business Mentoring Programme of Countryside Agri-Rural Partnership. David specialises in domestic and commercial conveyancing, commercial leases, business sales and acquisitions, wills and administration of estates and elderly clients.

 

OLIVIA STINSON

Having Graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1995 Olivia was admitted as a solicitor in 1997 and has worked for her entire career in Portadown joining TD Gibson in 2004. Olivia’s work concentrates mainly on domestic conveyancing, family and matrimonial law, wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Controllership applications, administration of estates, and Landlord and Tenant.
